The hotel is perfect and huge with very courteous and exceptionally nice staff members. Great and perfect location, within walking distance of everywhere. Painless check-in, easy check-out.

The personnel at the hotel were consistently courteous and absolutely kind, providing excellent customer service. The Wheelchair Accessible room with a shower, soundproof windows, and bathroom was great. The location of the hotel was marvelous and perfect, especially being close to the casino. Additionally, I enjoyed the offerings at Scape Skydeck which was only 1 mile away from the venue.

We had a clean and modern room with a cozy bed.

Location: the hotel was not far from the airport, macron beaches and good sleep and the nearest supermarket. I was there for 1 night and ate at in-house restaurant for breakfast. Really enjoyed stunningly beautiful views and wake-up service, available when you need it.

Facilities were quite modern, however Wi-Fi was very poor.

My room was tidy and had bathrobes, the location is great as it's close to Cebu, the waterfront, and the airport, plus there's a café and parking available.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and quiet hotel. the exceptional employees at the reception desk made our experience even better. the location is excellent, right by the airport, restaurants for evening meals, and the Marina Mall. the room was tidy and had a nice bathroom with a bathtub. Overall, everything was very good.

I had a great time at the hotel, everything was excellent. The location near the executive area was fantastic. The garden view from the room was lovely. The room was spacious and modern. The bathroom had marble finishes, a shower, hairdryer, and a bidet.
